Let's have a look inside The Consultation Kit

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

It's got everything that you need to enhance your consultations with clients, whether you do them in-person or virtually. We include questionnaire templates specific to different spaces.

Nº1

PRE-CONSULTATION QUESTIONNAIRE

Our beautifully-designed Pre-Consultation Questionnaire has been created for you to digitally send your client once they've book in for a consultation with you.

It allows you to gather essential details about them and their preferences, setting the stage for a well-prepared and highly productive consultation. It seamlessly guides your client through each section, ensuring it's an enjoyable process without any overwhelm.

If you prefer, you can also use this general questionnaire in other stages in your process, such as the onboarding phase.

Nº2

KITCHEN & BATHROOM QUESTIONNAIRES

Our co-founder, Sharon, is a specialist when it comes to kitchen and bathroom interior design. However, she discovered that many online resources and even design school can be quite generic and fail to ask the right questions to truly capture your client's brief.

This is where our Kitchen and Bathroom Questionnaires come into play. Designed for use during your consultation, they are comprehensive hybrids of questionnaires and guides. With them, you can capture all the necessary details to craft an accurate fee proposal.

Nº3

ROOM-SPECIFIC QUESTIONNAIRES

We noticed that many questionnaires out there are great, but they tend to offer an 'all in one' approach rather than being specific to your client's unique spaces. As a Consultation Kit exclusive, we also include individual Room-Specific Questionnaires for you to truly tap into your client's lifestyle during the consultation. This allows you to find out how they use that particular room.

We've found that clients have a really positive response to this process. It makes them feel heard and assures them that we're going to design for them seamlessly.

Included is our individual Lounge, Home Office, Bedrooms, Dining Room questionnaires and a Misc template, for you to add your own custom questions.

GET EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO OUR

MINI-WORKSHOP

A Consultation Kit exclusive, you'll be able to access our resource platform where we talk through our own consultation framework, how to use your questionnaires with clients and how to customise them in the platform of your choice.

Nº4

FINDING YOUR STYLE GUIDE

We've all encountered those clients who aren't quite certain about their style preferences. They appear to either appreciate a wide range of options or struggle to find anything they truly like.

Some may even casually mention the phrase that often makes designers pause: 'I'll know what I like when I see it.'

Tailored for use during consultations, this well-crafted guide navigates through various style preferences, covering furniture, decor, details, art, fabrics, and finishes.

Nº5

WHAT TO EXPECT GUIDE

You should always maintain transparency with your clients right from the bat. Once they've scheduled their consultation with you and have a set date, we recommend sending a well-designed "What to Expect" PDF.

This document outlines what your clients should and shouldn't anticipate during their consultation. Not only does it help ease their concerns, but it also establishes clear expectations.

Some designers have shared experiences where clients expected them to design on the spot or create a mood board during consultations. This document takes care of nipping those misconceptions in the bud.

THERE'S MORE CONSULTATION KIT EXCLUSIVES.

We also include a Checklist for you to use before, during and after your consultation, as well as customisable Client Notes and E-mail Templates.
