By purchasing, downloading or using a Casa Ren Studio template, you agree to this Licence.

For the purposes of this Licence, “Templates” includes our interior design templates, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, website templates, tutorials and supporting resources.

1. What your licence allows

When you purchase a Template, you are purchasing the right to use it under this Licence. You are not purchasing ownership of the original design or content.

Our interior design templates may be used within one studio or company for unlimited client projects.

Your licence also covers people working within your studio, including employees, assistants and team members, where they are using the Templates as part of their work for your business.

The licence does not extend outside your studio. Templates, editable files, tutorials and supporting resources must not be shared with another business, independent designer, external studio or third party for their own use.

Our website templates may be customised and used for one website, for one studio or brand only.

If you wish to use the same website template for another studio, brand, website or client, a separate licence must be purchased.

2. Website templates

Your website template can be fully customised to suit your studio, including the imagery, projects, written content, typography, colours and overall look of the site.

One purchase covers one website.

It cannot be used across multiple websites, studios, brands or client sites. It also cannot be resold, transferred to another business or made available for somebody else to use.

Designers, developers and agencies must purchase a separate licence for each client website.

3. Interior design templates

Our interior design templates are licensed to one studio or company and may be used across unlimited client projects.

You are free to adapt them to suit your own studio and the way you work.

They cannot be shared with another studio, resold, redistributed or made available for others to use.

4. Using our work to create other products

Our Templates are original Casa Ren Studio products and cannot be used to create another product for sale or distribution.

This means you must not:

  • reproduce or closely imitate our layouts, structures, written content or design elements

  • recreate one of our Templates in another programme, platform or format for resale

  • use our Templates as the basis or reference for another template or digital product

  • make minor changes to our work and present or sell it as a new product

  • use substantial parts of our Templates within another commercial product, course, membership or resource

You are welcome to customise a Template extensively for your own permitted use. You are not permitted to adapt it for the purpose of creating something to sell or distribute to others.

5. Sharing our Templates

Your purchase is for your studio or business only.

Templates, editable files, tutorials, workshop content and supporting resources must not be shared, gifted, sold, sublicensed or distributed to another studio, business or third party.

You must not claim our original designs, layouts, structures or written content as your own intellectual property.

6. Intellectual property

The original design and content of our Templates remains the intellectual property of Casa Ren Studio Ltd.

This includes our original layouts, structures, written content, graphics, textures, tutorials and supporting materials.

Purchasing a Template gives you permission to use it under this Licence. It does not transfer copyright, design rights or ownership.

Use outside the terms of this Licence may infringe our intellectual property rights.

7. Imagery and example content

Some Templates may include placeholder imagery, example content, textures or digitally generated imagery to demonstrate the design.

Images shown in product previews, advertising or example websites are for illustrative purposes unless stated otherwise.

We recommend replacing placeholder or digitally generated content with your own original, commissioned or properly licensed material before publication.

You are responsible for ensuring that any photography, imagery, written content, fonts, video or other material you add is suitable and correctly licensed for your use.

8. Squarespace and other platforms

Where a website template is designed for Squarespace, you will need your own Squarespace account and an appropriate paid plan when you are ready to publish.

You are responsible for your Squarespace subscription, domain, integrations and ongoing website management.

Any extended trial, discount or other Squarespace benefit included with your purchase will be outlined on the relevant product page and may be subject to Squarespace’s own terms.

Squarespace is a third-party platform. Casa Ren Studio Ltd is not responsible for changes to its pricing, functionality, availability, policies or services.

9. Tutorials and resources

Any tutorials, workshops or supporting resources included with a Template are for the purchasing studio only.

They must not be shared, reproduced, distributed or used within another paid product, course or resource.

10. Unauthorised use

We actively protect our original work and reserve the right to investigate any use of our Templates that appears to fall outside this Licence.

Where our work has been reproduced, redistributed or used to create another commercial product without permission, we may request its removal, terminate the applicable licence and take further action where appropriate.

This may include contacting the relevant website host, platform or marketplace and taking legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.

11. Ownership of your content

Casa Ren Studio Ltd retains ownership of the original Template and its intellectual property.

You retain ownership of the original content you add to it, including your own identity, photography, project imagery and written content.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using a Casa Ren Studio Template, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this Licence.
