Completion and Aftercare is the piece that closes a project with the same attention as the work itself. It brings everything into one place for your client: care notes, key contacts, warranties, and a considered edit of their project from early visuals to the finished spaces.

It is designed to feel personal to your client, as a record of what you created together and a place they can return to whenever they need guidance or want to revisit the details.

A fully detailed example project runs throughout, as a guide for you. Visually, it takes its cues from editorial design, and in the accompanying video workshops we share how to use and adapt the template so it sits naturally within your studio. This template works for both printed and digital presenting. 

From details, care information, warranties, and key contacts, each page enables you to demonstrate your professionalism and attention to detail at the end of a client project.

We’ve included an example project throughout, along with examples and copy to guide you. Gain inspiration without spending hours searching for the right terminology. Simply swap out words to match your studio’s voice.

Two sets of video workshops sit with the file: one sharing our recommendations for how to use this document inside your studio, the other focused on how to customise it to align with your own branding.

These templates are for use in Canva (free or Pro), Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint. Every page is editable, so you can align fonts, colours, copy, logos and imagery with your studio without rebuilding anything from scratch.

The layouts are set up in 16:9 and 4:3. Use 16:9 for full screen presenting. Use 4:3 for smaller screens, or export to PDF and print your files on A4, US Letter or A3.

Software: Canva (via template links, free or Pro), Adobe InDesign (.INDD for CC, .IDML for CS4+) and PowerPoint.

Fonts: Complimentary fonts are included.

Imagery: The images shown in the listing are not included with your purchase. Inside the templates you will find watermarked generated/AI images used as placeholders. They are there to guide layout and spark inspiration, and are intentionally watermarked to signal that they should be replaced with your own imagery.

Your purchase allows use of the templates within your own studio team, for unlimited client projects.

You must not share, forward or make the files available to anyone outside your studio.

You may not resell, lease, loan, licence, sub-licence, duplicate, redistribute, gift, or offer the templates or workshop content for free or for sale on any platform or marketplace.
